An extra spacious room ideal for families or groups of friends, the Houseboat Studio, located on the garden level, is whimsically furnished and decorated in a nautical motif. The room has a pair of raised, built-in double (full) beds, and one single (twin) bed, sleeping up to 5 people. The studio has a galley kitchenette with electric range, sink and small refrigerator-freezer. A table and four chairs are provided. A larger attached bath has gleaming white tile, nickel fixtures and fittings, and lots of shelves and cupboard space. At the foot of each double bed are cushioned benches with hinged seats that lift to reveal storage space for luggage, etc. The Houseboat is conveniently located on the lower level of the inn with access through the rear garden door. (360 square feet; maximum guest occupancy 5; for the 3rd, 4th and 5th person in the room a surcharge of $35.00 per person per day applies; kids of all ages are welcome).
