RESERVATIONS
- Please feel secure and confident using our online booking application to obtain a confirmed room reservation.
- For stays of 3 nights or less, full prepayment is required at time of booking.
- For stays of 4 nights or more,
a 50% deposit is acceptable.
- You may also call or email us with your room request and we will respond in a timely fashion. If you desire, we will complete the confirmed reservation process by taking your credit card information over the telephone and then we will email your confirmation.
- During the late spring, summer and into mid-autumn, and on all holiday weekends and special Nantucket events and festivals, certain minimum stays are in effect.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations received at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date result in a full refund less a 10% processing fee on the amount of the entire room reservation.
- Less than a 21 day advance notice prior to the scheduled arrival date results in forfeiture of the entire room reservation amount unless the entire reservation is re-rented at no loss to the Inn. The 10% processing fee applies.
- Any change made to arrival or departure date for any reason is considered a cancellation.
RATES
- Quoted rates are based on single
or double occupancy of the room.
- In rooms 1, 4, 6 and 7 only, for each additional guest up to the room’s maximum capacity there
is a surcharge of $35.00 per
person per night.
- Rates are subject to change
without advance notice.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- Check-In: 3:00 PM
- Early arrivals are encouraged and will be admitted to room if ready for your occupancy.
- If your room is not ready for occupancy when you arrive you may leave your luggage here and return later.
- Please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive after 9:00PM.
- Check-Out: 11:00AM
NANTUCKET ISLAND FESTIVALS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
- Rates are subject to increases during special island events and over holiday periods.
