 Cancellations received 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date results in a refund less a 10% processing fee on the entire room reservation. • Less than a 21 day advance notice prior to the scheduled arrival date results in a full forfeiture of the entire room reservation amount, unless the entire booking is re-rented and there is no loss to the Inn, whereby the 10% processing fee still applies. • All late arrivals/early departures are considered a cancellation E-Mail and Form inquiries are considered a request. • We will contact you by telephone or e-mail after we receive your information and let you know if the room is available. • A confirmed reservation will be done by telephone, e-mail or written confirmation.
